This project grew naturally during a time when the world felt tight and quiet.

This project grew naturally during a time when the world felt tight and quiet.

While restrictions narrowed life, my daily walks opened it again. Instead of focusing on what was no longer available, I followed what remained: light, shadow, distance, silence.

I photographed the fragments that felt meaningful: small freedoms, empty streets, nature and fleeting moments that felt beautiful simply because they existed. What began as a way to steady myself became a visual archive, shifting isolation into presence and dark thoughts into a softer kind of hope.

The title refers to the distances I wandered on these walks. Each one carrying me a little further back into my own life.
